Tracking your Order

When can you track your order?

At our distribution centre, tracking numbers are assigned to FedEx and Canada Post packages, almost immediately after your item has shipped. Your tracking number will be provided on your shipping confirmation email. You may obtain your FedEx or Canada Post tracking number by contacting our customer service centre at 1-800-211-CARAT (2272) or viewing your Order Status.

Finding Your Order Status

The status of your order is easy to find.

  • Check your email. You will receive emails keeping you up-to-date on the status of your order. Ensure delivery of all order status communications by adding customercare@PeoplesJewellers.com to your email address book or contact list.
  • Visit the website. Click on "My Account" or "Order Status" at the top of the page to view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information), as well as past orders.
  • Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please call us at 1-800-211-CARAT (2272) or contact us via email.

How is order status different from tracking information?

The status of your order is supplied by PeoplesJewellers.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our distribution centre. Once your order leaves our distribution centre, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, or Canada Post) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website when it becomes available.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our distribution centre.
