Item Availability

A product's availability can be determined on the product detail page by either the "Add to Shopping Bag" button (in-stock) or the "Item is Currently Out of Stock" message.

Most items on our site are in-stock and ready to ship. Exceptions include special order items. For more information, please read the details below.

Please Note: Shipping times are based on when your package leaves our distribution centre, the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. See Estimated Delivery Day for additional information on calculating your package arrival.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank cheque cards immediately upon order confirmation.

In-Stock Items

Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Backorder Items

If an in-stock item goes on backorder, you will be notified by email. Backorders are usually shipped within 31 days, depending on availability.

Special Order Items

Special order items require some additional time for fulfillment. Expected adjustment time (for example, "Special Order: Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery") is indicated on the product page. Your special order item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Special order items are not eligible for expedited shipping. You will be notified by email when your order ships.
