Step 1:
Design
Share a sketch, snapshot or family heirloom with a Jewellery Expert, who will work closely with you to perfect your design and fine-tune the details. Inspiration can come from anywhere! We'll help bring your vision to life.
Step 2:
Computer Generated Rendering
Our Jewellery Experts will create a computer-generated rendering of your unique design for you to approve at all angles.
Step 3:
Wax Model
Once you’ve met with a Jewellery Expert in your local store and finalized your design, our experts will create an exact wax model replica for you to examine and approve.
Step 4:
Cast & Set
After you've approved the wax model of your ring, we'll cast it in the metal of your choice and set your selected diamonds or gemstones.
Step 5:
Finishing Touches
Your ring will be polished and finished by hand before being presented to you. On average, it's about three weeks from approval until you're holding your unique design in your hands.

Whether you're starting with an idea, a sketch, an old photo or a loose stone, we'll work with you to perfect your custom design. We'll talk about what type and color of metal you want, the shape and cut of any diamonds or gemstones in the design and other details that will bring your masterpiece to life..
Our Jewellery Experts will collaborate with you throughout the entire design process. They’ll create a 3D computer-generated rendering for you to approve, and a wax model for you to try on. We'll continue to work with you to modify your design until it's absolutely perfect.
