Shipping Information

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's how we process and ship orders:

Delivery to Your Door: Get your order delivered straight to your door with our convenient shipping options! We’ll email you the tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Please refer to the estimated delivery date shown in the Checkout for your order, which includes processing and transit times.

Signature Requirement: Packages valued at $1000 or more will require an adult's signature, even if there's a signature waiver on file. For orders that need a signature, the carrier will try to deliver the package 3 business days in a row before returning it.

Customized/Personalized Products: Please refer to the actual delivery date shown in Checkout, which includes the additional processing time needed for customization, personalization, and ring sizing.

Shipping Conditions & Exclusions

We only process and ship orders on business days (Mon-Fri), excluding U.S. federal holidays. Note: The estimated delivery date shown in Checkout takes into account weekends and federal holidays, if applicable.

  1. Shipping options depend on your shipping address. Delivery to remote locations may require additional time. Further restrictions may apply to Quebec.
  2. Same-Day Local Delivery is only available when the qualifying store is within 25 miles of the delivery location. In addition, the delivery cannot happen across state lines (e.g., pick-up from NY store for delivery to an NJ location). Outlet locations are not excluded from being a qualifying store.
  3. Delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may require additional time.
  4. Weather Delays: Severe weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Peoples.com won’t hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on a weather delay.
