Our diamond trade-in program gives you the option to trade in a diamond ring towards the purchase of a new piece of diamond jewellery. The program applies to all diamond jewellery purchased at Peoples Jewellers and the new piece you pick out must be at least double the price of your original piece. Our custom design service may also be an option if you want to give an old ring new life.

A: Yes, you can. If we accept your jewellery for repair, we’ll give you a Repair Number. You can check on the progress of the repair by entering your Repair Number and your phone number.

It’s normal for jewellery to require repairs, especially if you wear it often. From worn or tarnished metals to loose prongs and gemstones to broken chains and clasps, most things can be fixed. Simply bring your jewellery into a Peoples Jewellers store so we can inspect the damage and give you an estimate for repairs.
