Fashioned in sterling silver with 14K rose gold plate, this heart pendant features a 6.0mm round morganite. Diamond accents line one side of the heart, the other is polished to a bright finish. The pendant suspends from an 18.0-inch rope chain that secures with a spring-ring clasp.
