By entering the Promotion, you agree be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. “Sponsor” means Zale Delaware Inc., Zale Canada Co., and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors.
Eligibility. Open to individual legal residents of Canada who have a valid Instagram account and are the legal age of majority in their state or country of residence prior to the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Not Endorsed by Instagram. This Promotion is not endorsed by Instagram.
Promotion Period: Starting at Monday, May 4, 2020 and ending on Friday, May 8, 2020. How to Enter: On Monday, May 4, 2020, Sponsor will introduce the campaign in a post to @PeoplesJewellers, featuring an example of the cards (the “Post”). Participants may participate in the Promotion by sending a direct message to @PeoplesJewellers in response to the Post, and the first fifteen (15) participants to comment @PeoplesJewellers in response to the Post will receive a digital Mother’s Day illustration. If we are unable to contact a participant via direct message, or the participant does not respond, we exercise the right to select another participant. Once illustrations are completed, Peoples Jewellers will reshare these illustrations on our social pages.
Privacy Policy: Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://www.peoplesjewellers.com/privacy-policy
General Terms: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating in the Promotion, you release Sponsor from any and all liability with respect to the Promotion or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participation in the Promotion and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the promotion/contest. Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the Promotion are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, without liability. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply.
Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the artist’s illustration, Promotion participants consent to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, and you agree to sign and return to Sponsor a Release and License to Use Image. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Allow 2 weeks for delivery of illustrations via email. Illustrations will only be delivered to selected entrants if email addresses are provided.
